1. How do I schedule my session?

2. Is a deposit required to hold my date & time?
Your date and time will be reserved after receiving the discussed retainer.
3. How much deposit is required?
The retainer required is 1/2 of the scheduled session.
4. How will I view my images after my session?
A personalized gallery will be emailed to you. You will be able to order professional prints directly from our gallery store.
5. Do I get printing rights to my images?
Some collections include full print release, if you choose not to print through our professional printer we ask you to inquire for consumer level print suggestions. All collections include full-resolution printing rights through our personalized online gallery store. The gallery store offers books, prints, invites & more, We will assist with design & ordering if you choose, but you will have everything you need to do it on your own.
We check every order before it is sent for professional printing. This includes all prints & products. When printing through our gallery website we guarantee that you will get the professional print that your images deserve.
6. Can I print anywhere I want?
Yes and No! Some collections include print release some collections require printing through our gallery store. If your collection includes print release we ask that you use our suggested consumer level print options. Please ask!
6. Can I share my images on social media?
Yes, if your collection includes digital images, share away! We would love for you to tag us!
7. What does social media download mean?
Social media download is a compressed image used for social media & digital use. Social media images take less storage space, are resized to fit standard monitor resolutions, and most importantly, are not proper resolution for print.
8. Can I purchase rights to high-resolution images in order print photos & products anywhere I want?
Yes, if your collection does not include high-resolution images you may purchase high-resolution printing rights to individual images or the entire gallery, and then print at any of our recommended consumer level printers. If you choose this route, We cannot guarantee print satisfaction.
9. How long will I have access to my gallery?
Gallery access is usually six months. If you didn't order enough or need last-minute gifts, contact us, We can always make your gallery accessible again. I save images for 12 months.
10. Where will my photoshoot be, and what do I wear?
